Cancellation & Refund Policy

Merchant business’ return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an “Accept” or “Agree” for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Indian Plumbing Association believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of registering for the event. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to further to respective authority and they have initiated the process.
  2. Indian Plumbing Association does not accept cancellation requests after the prescribed dates are over. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the required/relevant proof and supports for claiming the refund.
  3. Once customer registers himself for the event, cannot have approach for refund.

Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 72 hours money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your decision, we will cheerfully issue a full refund.

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within seven (07) days of your purchase. Please include your reference/transaction id number and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full.

Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.

In case of duplicate transactions, incomplete transactions will be processed/refunded within 30 days period and services will be delivered for complete transaction only.

For International registrants, orders are confirmed by emails only. For domestic registrants, registration details are provided through automated mailing system only. All major credit cards are accepted.

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk on 011-49863152/53.

BO Clause

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
